PREWRITING

my parents grew up believing a certain religion. so when they had kids, obviously they would train their kids in the way that their parents had taught them. When I realized that it was real and crucial for my life, then I made the decision to ask Jesus Christ into my heart. I didn't know what it really meant at first. it has turned out to be quite the experience. It's like nothing I have ever done. It takes continuous work, it never stops but just keeps going. I can never know everything I need to know, there is always more to understand. I could never read something that would give me the answers I am looking for because it takes faith as well to believe in it. This world has so tripped me up many times - go here, go there, do this, be this, try this. One thing is always consistent - His love never fails or never gives up on me.  It's such a cool and amazing thing to watch and be apart of. I can't ever know what it would be like if He deserted me. That would be a crazy experience even though I desert him so much.

My mom was a cheerleader in high school. She actually was the captain of her team. I always wondered what it would be like. I am a pretty excited person. I love sports and cheering. I decided to try out for the team. Guys especially would talk about cheerleaders and how they were air headish and what not. I thought this way for a long time also until I decided to try out for the team. It was a crazy experience. We made shirts for the tryouts with puffy paint and we practiced for like 20 hours it seemed like until we were all ready. The day I found out that I had made the team, I felt like I had been deported to another world. I thought of myself as cool but also it was so fun to practice and go to camps and hangout with the other girls cause just like any sports team, they are there to support you and be there for you. The huge privilege is that I put my mind to something and then conquered my fears of failing, followed through with the hard work and practicing and then made the team. I didn't know where this was going to lead but it was going to make high school that much better of a place to be for 2 more years.

FICTIONAL

I love colors. It would be neat if the world had different colors for moods of places that you could go. like the Koolaid guy who is purple. I would love to go into a room that was all pink. That would be neat. It would give a perspective to people  of what life in that place or room would be like. A personality would be given off. Sour people and attitudes would not be allowed in a pink room, but would be transported to the grey room where they would just sit and be still by themselves to think about the attitude that they had and how they were going to change it. The beach would definitely be yellow, sunny  and warm all the time. Color themes would allow for places to be the same all the time and you could just go from one place to another depending on the mood that you were in. One of my sisters loves the orange place. She goes there about once a week because they have the most chill and earthy people there. My other sister loves the color green and this color represents the color for growth and exploration. When she enters into this world, there is always something for her to learn or work on personally for her. It's her favorite color and yet she isn't always excited about what she encounters.
